The Key is Williams-Sonoma, Inc.'s cross-brand loyalty program across eight brands. As the Lead Creative, I oversee all design, copy, and creative operations across all marketing channels for the program—web, email, social, print, and retail.

UX Design

Much of the relaunching of this program was designing and producing the site pages on desktop and mobile. I worked with a team of developers, copywriters, marketing and IT systems to produce the new interface for the program.
