WSI General Managers Conference. Williams-Sonoma, Inc.'s largest annual event for their general managers and leaders from across the country. For their last four conferences, I have been the creative director of the event as well as presentation designer for all chief officers, and creative producer during the live event.

Each year Google brings top innovators and change-makers from around the world for two days of inspirational speakers and experiences. I designed Keynote presentations and additional conference graphics for a 40 x 110' wrap screen during the 2016 conference for Disney animator Glen Keane, Brazilian activist Allesandra Orofino and Ultra-Runner Charlie Engle.
As the creative manager of Williams-Sonoma, Inc.’s cross-brand loyalty program, The Key Rewards, I lead the team that creates every asset of the program including weekly content emails to members. For this series, our method of staying story-focused and content-driven has consistently earned us the top email engagement metrics of any brand company-wide.
Due to this success with story-driven emails in The Key, I also designed several Pottery Barn brand emails taking basic initial ideas and building out the message. Pottery Barn creative direction by Peggy Wong.

This was my first year as the lead creative producer, and second year designing, for the annual Google Zeitgeist—a conference of inspirational speakers. This year’s speakers I was able to work with included Marty Baron (Editor in Chief, Washington Post), Oxford economist Ian Goldin, and more. Additionally, I oversaw the creative of all conference graphics for the entire event.
