The Key is the first cross-brand loyalty program launched by Williams-Sonoma, Inc. across seven brands of their eight brands. Currently, I am the creative director of this program and have been the primary creative overseeing graphics and copy during the four years since its launch. In partnership with marketing and a small team of creatives, I plan, conceive and execute a wide variety of multi-channel campaigns that have become a top driver of incremental value across WSI.

 
 
 

UX Design

Much of the relaunching of this program was designing and producing the site pages on desktop and mobile. I worked with a team of developers, copywriters, marketing and IT systems to produce the new interface for the program.

Rebranding

This branding was passed onto me during a time of crisis. This new program was launching and the original designer of the program was only able to provide a slim style guide. From there, I took on the project with full-force, evolving the original direction to work across retail, print, catalog, web, marketing, social, UX and more.
