As the art director and creative manager of Williams-Sonoma, Inc.’s cross-brand loyalty program, The Key Rewards, I lead the team that creates every asset of the program including weekly content emails to members.

STRATEGY & DIRECTION

In addition to my role as the primary creative and manager, I take a primary role in the strategic development behind our loyalty program. This includes anything from content and story planning, process planning, and foundational guides for The Key. Most recently, I worked with my marketing counterpart to layout a new content strategy plan for the email series, as well as a create voice guide used to direct the copy team.

RESULTS

For this series, our method of staying story-focused and content-driven has consistently earned us the top email engagement metrics of any brand email series, company-wide. The success of this series has since heavily influenced the content strategies of both Pottery Barn and west elm’s email series that now have dedicated series based on The Key’s email series.
